netcdf2.02 install + test failed on SS10 / 4.1.3

Hi netcdf-gurus,

i tried to reinstall my netcdf-version 2.02 on my new Sparcstation 10, but ....

building libnetcdf.a is ok !
testing in ftest comes to:

as i remember i had no problems installing netcdf (older version) on my old
SS2 with 4.1.1.
But now (with SS10) i have no chance to go back to 4.1.1, i have to use 4.1.3 !

If anybody have had the same problem, i'd like to hear how to solve it !
