[netcdf-java] bug fix for hdf5/netcdf4 reading
If you are reading/serving hdf5/netcdf4 files, please upgrade to the
latest stable versions (CDM 4.2.23 and TDS 4.2.6).
Earlier versions will cause subsetting of chunked data to return missing
values in some cases.
