[netcdf-java] announce Netcdf-Java/CDM version 4.2 release candidate

 Hi all:
Netcdf-Java/CDM library version 4.2 is now a release candidate for being the stable version.
A major defect in GRIB processing was fixed, which required adding "time interval" coordinates, and propagating that throughout the CDM stack. If you are reading GRIB files, we would especially appreciate any feedback. 

It is available from the usual place:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/
