[netcdf-java] Version 4.0.48.1 available; version 4.1 will require Java 1.6

Netcdf-Java Version 4.0.48.1 is now available at

New development is now taking place on version 4.1, which is expected to be released in mid-september 2009, and will require Java 1.6.
