Hello, I'm using the NetCDF Java Library to convert NetCDF Files to GeoTiff ones. In particular, I'm using GeoTiffWriter class (netcdf-java-4.0.18-ALPHA.jar) for this conversion, but I have a problem. I don't succeed in publishing these GeoTiff files, generated by my program, through a Web Map Service, while, when using other GeoTiff files that I found, all this works. When I looked in the properties of "my" GeoTiff files (those generated by my program using class GeotiffWriter), I noted that these fields: "Dimensions", "Width" (in pixel), "Height" (in pixel), "Horizontal resolution", "Vertical resolution", "Depth in bit", "Compression" and "Resolution unit", were empty, while all the same fields of the other GeoTiff files were full. Is it perhaps a problem with GeoTiff tags assigned by the function "writeGrid" in GeoTiffWriter class? How could I solve this problem? Thanks, Silvia Scopri il blog di Yahoo!
