Dear All,
  I am working on a task that requires writing out COAMPS data in
NetCDF format with the metadata described using CF conventions.

I need to ascertain that my code works as required. It supports
only 4 projections - Spherical, Lambert Conformal, Mercator and
Polar Stereographic. Testing the code is simple and the instructions
are available in BUILD_NOTES.txt in the appended bundle. I am not
sure if it will be delivered tho' since it appears to be 4.5M. If it is
not delivered, then please let me know a location on your ftp site
if I may be able to upload it.

I tested the resulting NetCDF file with the following program:

and this info is available at the following URL:

My main concern is if I was able to specify the coordinates
in a manner that enables a third-party software to read the
metadata and data correctly. My code isn't too large and
hopefully is readable. Thank you for any possible help.
