[needdata] Japan weather radar

I am looking for a contact from whom I might obtain archived weather radar data from one of the weather radars in northern Japan that looks out over the Japan Sea, hopefully near Sapporo. Reflectivity data is preferable, although rain rate is okay. I would prefer the numeric data, not the images. If anyone has any contact information, please email me directly.
