[leadusers] Problem with LEAD Fault Tolerance Service

Greetings LEAD users,

Very bad news today coming out of our partner at North Carolina.  A
significant power outage has taken down numerous systems including those
that run the LEAD fault tolerance services (is there irony there?)

It sounds as though this situation will persist throughout the rest of
today, so for those of you who have or wish to submit WxChallenge runs, you
will be unable to do so today.
