I'm seeing the same. This sample NEXRAD3 data volume shot from Unidata (via
rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu) shows the data dropoff in the last half hour..
Looks like data is flowing again now, and the time stamps on the data look like
the missing data was cached and coming through now..
