As some of you have noticed, GeoColor imagery from CIRA/CSU has been absent
from the IDD since last week.

This is due to prophylactic electric company outages on the Front Range to
mitigate fire danger during high winds.

Similar high wind scenarios will be in play today, so the GeoColor imagery
outage will persist.
