Nomads had sent out a note yesterday, as they were impacted by the same
issue that caused the NESDIS outage of data to the SBN; although there was
an "up" message that came out, I noticed that it is laggy right now.  Our
CONDUIT feed comes from the same group that services Nomads.

We will send a note to them and see what they say.
