It appears the SBN isn't disseminating Level 3 data. My dish, IDD and other sources are all blank. NCEP's servers seem fine ( https://radar3pub.ncep.noaa.gov/) which is contradictory to what happened just this morning when NCEP's (NEXRAD2 and NEXRAD3) public data was missing yet we were still receiving it downstream. Just a heads up.
