Update: ESPC is suspecting that the downlink from their receivers is dead. No
word on uptime.

Subject: NOTHER satellite image outage
There has been no NOTHER satellite imagery coming across NOAAport/SBN for
GOES-18 and GOES-16 starting at 15:19Z. There have been no NOUS42 KWNO/ADM
messages from DC, so I just called the National Weather Service' Network
Control Facility (NCF).
They tell me that ESPC is having major issues with those datasets in delivering
it to the NWS. There is no ETA on restoral of data.
