 was just issued announcing plans to change satellites "effective early 2023."  
The tentative transition schedule is below:

NOV 2022:    G31 Planned Launch Date
FEB 2023:    Dual Illumination Period
APR 2023:    Complete Transition to G31

Also of note is that the satellite we'll be switching to, Galaxy 31, will be a 
new one launched later this year
