Hello, I am a recent university graduate who is working on building a realtime level II radar analysis program in Python. This is for personal use, as well as general research/storm analysis. I have found that accessing a real time level II feed can be a bit challenging. Are there any universities on this list that provide a real time feed? It's surprising to me that this data is so hard to access outside of private vendors/paywalls. Thank you for the help, Grant Wise
