Thanks for the informative and thoughtful response. I'll look at these, and
see what else I can come up with.  In this case, I'm not just looking for
OUN (:-) but most/all CONUS, PR, AL, and HI... all places where Civil Air
Patrol is active. I've been working for the last couple of years to create
a meteorology support section for CAP operations and training exercises,
with some significant successes. Now, I've been asked by the CAP GIS team
to produce the text data (initially) to support metadata. We'll talk VTEC
later, or I'll simply start creating shapefiles and pushing them out myself.

And, now, I don't feel so bad for the weekends I'd spent trying to find
the data on my own!
