Hello everyone,

I was looking all over the Interwebs and asking around...does anyone know
what the WMO headers are for surface/upper air data in BUFR format, US and
global? Any documents showing what they are, or if you have them already
and are using them, that would be greatly appreciated.

central U.S.!
