[ldm-users] NOMADS and NCEP FTP servers down?

I know this question isn't exactly pertinent but I know a lot of folks here use 
NOMADS/ftp servers. NOMADS and ftp.ncep.noaa.gov have been down at least for 
the past 1.5 hours. I don't see any notices and have emailed NCEP Dataflow with 
no response (it may not be monitored 24 hours). Does anyone know anything about 
what is going on? Did I miss a notice?
