CONDUIT LDM is down right now and it is directly related to the NOUS42 you 
reference. Our SA team is working urgently right now to recover systems. This 
is a high priority to resolve, we apologize for the negative impacts.

Just an FYI, the 12 UTC GFS was incomplete this morning. We got hours 0-66, 
then 114, 117 and 135, and that's it.
