Hi All,
Environment Canada is issuing new statements "Active Weather Summary"
under WWCN51 during T-storm warnings but problem is they are coming in
with the wrong headers and are delayed.
EveryAlert Message Summary that was sent out after 725pm edt when the
first t-storm warnings got issued came flying into the server at 1055pm
when all the warnings ended and all came in coded as WWCN11. This same
thing happened last month when T-Storm warnings were issued, the product
was delayed and then all came at the same time with the wrong headers.
EC's own site
http://dd.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/bulletins/alphanumeric/20130521/WW/CWTO/00/
has them properly coded and at the right timesat least according to the
directory timestamp.
I was wondering what would be causing the delay and wrong headers.
Other sites that have the text products online like NOAA and Ohio-State
all see the same issue as I do.
I got this at 10:55pm EDT
