We discovered an issue with our LDM CONDUIT system out at Boulder, it
appears that the server has not had SREF data available since last Fall.
However, our Silver Spring CONDUIT system continued to make it available.
We just fixed the issue out at Boulder, but we are curious as to why this
is just now exposing itself. Jeff, are you able to connect to Silver Spring
or are you no longer utilizing both systems for your feed?
You also mentioned that you sent a note us, what address did you use? The
best way to inquiry about our CONDUIT service is to send a note to our
helpdesk:
ncep.pmb.dataflow@xxxxxxxx
The 21Z SREF should be the first run to be available.
