The Front Range GigaPop has been experiencing ongoing issues with NLR
packet losses -- and there was a routing change about ten minutes ago
to prefer I2 routes. I still see significant packet losses to certain
sites -- upwards of 20% on net.wisc.edu, but down from 50% on NLR...
