[ldm-users] Problems getting data from idd.aos.wisc.edu

Hello everyone,
Both NIU and AllisonHouse are having trouble feeding from idd.aos.wisc.edu. Doing a raw NOTIFYME via the LDM, they seem to be getting all the products, but we are randomly missing serious chunks of the data from them when we requrest it. This all started yesterday evening around 8 PM. 

An "mtr" traceroute shows:

From both AH and NIU, #10 above seems to be the culprit. I also noticed
from NIU that until this morning, their I2 connection was down, but it seems to be back up now. Any ideas what's going on?
