In an attempt to diagnose networking issues, the IDD relay node at the National Science Foundation (idd.cise.nsf.gov) will drop off the network tomorrow for about a one hour period. We do not know the exact timing, but it will be within NSF business hours of 8:00 to 5:00 EST (1300 to 2100 UTC).
