ON MONDAY DECEMBER 20TH AT 1515Z, THE AWIPS UPLINK
WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PRIMARY MASTER GROUND STATION
(MGS) LOCATED IN HAUPPAUGE NY.  THE RETURN OF SBN OPERATIONS
TO THE PRIMARY MGS, IS NOT EXPECTED TO INTERRUPT TRAFFIC ON
THE AWIPS SBN.

ON TUESDAY DECEMBER 21ST FROM APPROXIMATELY 0700Z TO
0730Z; THE POWER LEVELS ON THE AWIPS SBN SATELLITE (SES-1) WILL
BE RETURNED TO PRE GALAXY 15 LEVELS.  THIS ADJUSTMENT IS NOT
EXPECTED TO INTERRUPT TRAFFIC ON THE AWIPS SBN.  ANY PRODUCTS
IMPACTED BY EITHER ACTIVITY WILL BE REBROADCASTED OVER THE
AWIPS SBN.
