I was at church this morning, and came home just now after lunch to find NOAAport in Hades. OK... 

EMWIN: requrest EXP at www2.ehs.niu.edu
IDS|DDPLUS: Dear UNIDATA, request IDS|DDPLUS from noaaport.admin.niu.edu, I have EMWIN coming across as that. Gerry Creager at TAMU is feeding from that server currently, and all those downstream from him. I just turned this on at 20:05Z.
