The Unidata-Wisconsin imagery (IDD feedtype UNIWISC aka MCIDAS) is
flowing normally.  I see that flood.atmos.uiuc.edu was apparently not
ingesting more than one type of data during the period spanning 02 - 10
UTC:

Data ingestion did, however, return sometime between 10 and 11 UTC.

Does your LDM log file (~ldm/logs/ldmd.log) give any indication of
a problem ingesting the UNIWISC data?  If yes, what is the problem?

Have you tried stopping and restarting your LDM (the UNIWISC connection
might be stale)?
