Looks like we're back up now. Our Net ops say that a card failed in the
main UW core router, and they had problems rebuilding the config on
the replacement.

We are back up for good now, except for a few 1-3 minute blips as they
continue to troubleshoot and perform maintenance as needed.

Feel free to fail back to us.

Many thanks to Gilbert for getting the word out for me when I was netless.
Haven't had a network outage that long in a while, I didn't know what
to do with myself during lunch!
