Yep it started backup.  When it's down for 10 minutes or more I started
getting nervous.

Hi Robert,

Looks like it was just a longer than usual switch of the SBN
uplink.  It appeared to start just about when you sent
your email.  Maybe they were just waiting for your email . . . :)
