WHAT WAS ORIGINALLY THOUGHT TO BE WEATHER RELATED HAS TURNED OUT TO BE ANOTHER PROBLEM. CURRENTLY NO SITES ARE LOSING DATA, THE SIGNAL IS JUST A BIT LOWER THAN NORMAL.
