I don't know.  I suggest looking at the lpr manual-page (which is all
I'd do).

You can take a look at: http://wxp.unisys.com/etc/upa.cty

This has many of the ones you list.  The Gempak and McIDAS databases, if
you have those available are likely better sources.  The best online
sources I have used in the past are now over 4 years old and well out of
date.
