Hello all,

I am seeing lots of these messages in my ldmd.log files:

Mar 16 03:22:22 weather rtstats[20116]: 
clnt_create(rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu, 300029, 5, "tcp"): 
rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu: RPC: Remote system error - Connection refused

Is it me or is UNIDATA having a problem? Just wanna know.
