Due to the current gap in continued funding from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), the NSF Unidata Program Center has temporarily paused most operations. See NSF Unidata Pause in Most Operations for details.

Something bad happen with thelma?

Hmmmm. No data since just after 0Z.

I check with COD. Nothing. They feed off of UIUC. Nothing. I check with
iita.rap.ucar.edu. Nothing. Uh oh. NOAAport dead? I check Duke Energy,
check LSU. Hmmm. I get lotsa stuff. OK. UCAR must be hosed. I switch to
LSU and switch COD to me and ask David W. if he wants UIUC to feed from
me (weather2.admin.niu.edu). I realize he and everyone else but me is on a
date tonight. So I call up somebody and get a date. July 5, 2103. Good
enough for me. Mark this case closed. Gilbert Sebenste, private eye.

(and slightly batty from watching the weather all day long without food)
