Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. OK. I'm still not getting metars from pqsurf, but raw 
filing by the LDM and then WXP processing works just fine. Sigh. I have a 
funny hunch it's like the glitch where Hourly Weather Roundups weren't 
getting through pqact due to a glitch in the header, until recently when 
the latest AWIPS version fixed it.

Things that make you go hmmmm!
