Penn State experienced a major internet outage overnight from ~4Z-9Z and
then again from ~10:30Z-13:30Z, and then again from ~14:30Z-17:40Z. This
will have caused delayed/lost data during that period to Penn State and
downstream sites receiving data from ldm.meteo.psu.edu. Because of the
large queue at Unidata, much of the data during that period appears to be
recovering, but some data will be lost. Hopefully things will stabilize
from here... Sorry for the inconvenience.
