Network outage at NIU

Between 8:05 AM and 10:45 AM CT (13:05Z-15:45Z), we were knocked off the 
air (as was our building) when a network card in campus networking failed. 
A hot replacement of it fixed the problem, and we are back up now. Sorry 
for the inconvenience.
