The AVN model is being run out to 5 days now (you can ftp it from ftp://ftp.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data1/avn), but as far as I can tell, we are only getting data out to 72 hours over NOAAPORT on the thinned grids covering the whole globe. If anyone has seen AVN data out to 5 days on the global thinned grids, please let me know what WMO headers you are using to grab the data!
