Weather.admin.niu.edu is back. We had a massive surge of data,
bottlenecked because of campus networking problems that overwhelmed my
primary and backup machines, and caused one of our drives on our primary
to go into an endless grinding loop. Sorry for the inconvenience...we were
down since about 12Z this morning.
