There are a couple of ways you could do this.  If you save the output as
a KMZ file, you can display that in the IDV.

You could also download the trajectory endpoints file and load that in
as a text point trajectory file.  You'd need to modify the file to add
in the appropriate metadata so the IDV would be able to read that:

You can also use the new trajectory calculation code to have the IDV do
the calculations itself.  I couldn't find any documentation on that, so
perhaps someone from Unidata will chime in.
