Hi Matt-I'd suggest sending this to support-idv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and uploading a sample file to:
http://motherlode.ucar.edu/repository/alias/idvupload so they can take a look. Sounds like a projection problem.Also, try the newly released IDV 3.1 to make sure the problem hasn't been fixed. I don't remember any changes that might affect this, though.
