[idvusers] IDV via Java Web Start available again

Dear IDV Users,
Some of you have been experiencing problems starting the IDV via Java Web Start. Those issues should be resolved. Please see

For more details, Oracle, without prior warning, stopped hosting Java 3D with properly signed certificates leading to IDV Java Web Start problems. We are now hosting Java 3D at Unidata with our own up-to-date certificates.
