[idvusers] New GEON IDV plugin available for improved earthquakes hypcenters, focal mechanisms, and seismic tomography

There is a new plugin for the GEON IDV with corrections and improvements.

The changes are:
- correction in the beachball symbol for focal mechanisms. If you plot focal 
mechanisms be sure to use this new plugin.
- improved symbols for earthquake hypocenters. You can change the color table 
and range for depths and magnitudes.
- three new color tables for seismic tomography.
To install the new plugin, first un-install the existing Geon IDV plugin. See step 2 in http://geon.unavco.org/unavco/IDV_for_GEON_download.html 

The GEON IDV web site http://geon.unavco.org/unavco/IDV_for_GEON.html has 
improvements as well.
