IDV 1.3b2 release

The latest Integrated Data Viewer (IDV) release (1.3b2) is
now available for download.  Please see the IDV homepage:

   http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv

for information on downloading and using the IDV.  Although
this is labeled a beta release, it is actually a stable release
candidate for the final 1.3 release (due in June).  The one thing
that is not finalized in this release is the user documentation.

This release incorporates new features and bug fixes since the
1.2 release including:

 - New Charting Facility
 - New Multi-Display Control
 - New Transect Display
 - Improved Data Probe
 - New Volume Rendering Control

 - In-Display labels

 - Grid Subsetting
 - Observations Subsetting
Other Changes
 - Images can be saved to PNG and Animated GIF format.
 - Image Generation
 - Performance enhancements

 - Various and sundry bug fixes
