Dear IDV Community,

A major release of IDV 5.3 is available for download at:

https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/index.jsp

There are several new and important improvements with this IDV version
including new volume trajectory display and the capability of calibrating
and subset local AREA data from GOES satellite.
