I committed this change, but forgot to push it to github. So, the fix and the macro is not in today's nightly build, but will be tomorrow.

He did because he gets higher resolution data.  The problem is that
ImagePlanViewControl never got updated for the new way of doing things.
  I'm checking in a fix and also support for the resolution as a macro.
