Sorry...  The change for the units of time was from:

hours since 2003-12-01 00:00:00MDT

to:

hours since 2003-12-01 00:00:00 +6:00

This follows the guidelines set up in:

<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/BestPractices.html>

as well.
