Greetings,
That sounds like an older version of gfortran that does not support those
options. You can try editing the various makefiles and remove those options
and see how far you can get.

Good afternoon,
I am having an issue compiling the latest GEMPAK (7.19) on RedHat 8. I have
never seen this. Can anyone suggest a fix/workaround?
Gfortran: error: unrecognized command line option ‘-fallow-invalid-boz’; did
you mean ‘-Wno-invalid-pch’
Also similar error regarding ‘-fallow-argument-mismatch’
