[gembud] GEMPAK6.7.0 is missing UNIDATA additions in NWX tables

When installing the most recent version of GEMPAK6.7.0, I noticed that the 
UNIDATA additions within $GEMTBL/nwx/guidata.tbl and probably some other tables 
are missing.
They existed in GEMPAK6.6.0.
