[gembud] dcgmos?

Could someone please give me an example on how to use the "dcgmos decoder? is 
the decoder for data like this?

do i need some sort of "delimeter" code to put in the file before running 
dcgmos?

dcgmos -c YYMMDD/HHNN output_file < input_file
