I'm curious if there is a way to extract the specific text (e.g., such as dBZ 
values)  per pixel for the NEXRAD level II radar data?

Other than GPNEXR2 and NEXR2RHI, I don't see any other GEMPAK programs that 
deal specifically with the level II information.
